We went for a day hike at Karnaville Falls. Ry wanted to do some work on our rental property in Cedar, so we went up early and hit the trail. It was a fun hike. I think Duke liked it the most. The water was super cold but so worth the good pics. Did I mention Duke enjoyed the hike.
The pictures are great. Looks beautiful and sounds fun. Did I mention Duke looks like he had a great day?

So... yesterday we had a massage therapist come in and work with us on back and shoulder and arm, feet and hand movements to use and it made me think of you.... I laughed in my head when he got into a low fighting stance... he was serious about "proper body placement", but it was more funny because he had a major lisp!! Love ya girl- you are awesome!!!!
